1. Introduction & Acceptance Welcome to Shen™. By purchasing, accessing, or using our digital products, software license keys, or services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every clause herein, you are strictly prohibited from using our site or services.

2. Digital Products & Absolute No-Refund Policy All products sold by Shen™ consist of digital, single-use, non-tangible software license keys and subscriptions.

• Due to the nature of digital goods, once a license key or digital code has been generated, displayed, or delivered to the user, IT IS CONSIDERED FULLY USED AND NON-RETURNABLE.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits under any circumstances after delivery, including but not limited to: a) Customer change of mind. b) Failure to read product descriptions, specifications, or system hardware/software requirements. c) Incompatibility with your device, operating system, or third-party tools (e.g., attempting to run PC software on iOS/macOS/iPadOS). d) Inability of the user to properly utilize or configure the digital key.

3. Customer Responsibility & Compatibility Notice Before completing any transaction, the User explicitly represents and warrants that:

• They have carefully reviewed the product details, system specifications, hardware/software compatibility requirements, and intended operating environments.
• Shen™ holds zero liability for purchases made for incompatible systems or devices.

4. Fraud, Unauthorized Transactions & Abuse Policy We maintain a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for fraudulent chargebacks, friendly fraud, and unauthorized payment claims.

• Proof of Delivery: Upon purchase completion, our system logs the buyer's IP address, device ID, timestamp, email address, and confirmation of key delivery/viewing. This technical data constitutes absolute legal proof of fulfillment.
• Fraudulent Claims: If a buyer files a dispute, chargeback, or claim alleging "unauthorized transaction," "item not received," or "fraud" after receiving a valid key, Shen™ will present all logged telemetry, chat histories, and terms acceptance to the payment processor/bank.
• Legal Action & Account Termination: Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate termination of all user keys/licenses, permanent blacklist across our payment processors, and potential reporting to internet anti-fraud organizations.

5. System Restrictions & Prohibited Use You agree NOT to:

• Purchase keys using anonymous proxies, TOR, VPNs, or stolen payment methods.
• Resell, re-license, or redistribute any keys purchased without written authorization from Shen™.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shen™ shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products, hardware incompatibility, or third-party platform updates.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. Any dispute arising from a purchase shall be resolved strictly based on the delivery logs and this Binding Agreement.
